Your slim matte bullet lipsticks are loaded with high performing spherical powders made up of solid spheres that give the skin a soft feel despite the matte finish. It boosts colour purity and intensity. The velvet effect is due to lipid absorption and suppression of specular reflexion.
They also improve the lips' surface, making them supple and fuller.
